Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Management Company, together with a group of other management companies, signed the Protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, proposed by the Supervisor, accepting the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in cases where the claim of the "non-professional participant/shareholder" has not been fully met, in the context of a mandatory prior complaint filed by the same with the Management Company and the CMVM.

The entities that make up the arbitration network, accepted for alternative dispute resolution in asset management matters, are the following:
